Quality Inn & Suites Montgomery East Carmichael Rd

It’s not the most up to date hotel, but it is very clean and in a pretty decent area. The people that work there are so nice. They offered fresh towels every day and made sure I had everything I needed. I can’t complain at all. They even gave me an extra hour on my check out for free. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you guys!

I came on a business trip and this was the best hotel that i stay at the room was new renovated and the staff was really nice they told me call us if need and the hotel parking lot clean and they lock the door so we all safe I would highly recommend to stay here

Conveniently located, I felt safe in the area. The rooms were comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. The grounds were kept up nice outside as well as throughout the hotel. The continental breakfast was a major hit in the morning. Had a great variety for breakfast in the morning. I will definitely be coming back.

09/15/2023 My stay here was fine and I didn't run into to many issues. I guess starting off with rooms. -The room was clean, didn't have any bugs, insects, blood splatter (I saw someone have that in there review) or anything out of the ordinary. I believe the only real issue I can say I had with my room is the fridge didn't work very well. Other than that everything was great! - The service here was great. The staff was very kind, polite, and although I didn't have an issue I'm sure they would take care of it if need be. My towels and trash where replaced daily (15- Day stay). Front Desk was always nice and staffed. -The location of course wasn't the absolute best from the view. Then again what place is a good place these days so you can't help that. With that being said the camera systems are placed evenly throughout the inside and outside of the building. First hotel I've actually seen have cameras in the stairwell so props for that. Overall, my experience at the hotel was great it may not mirror others but hopefully review helps someone else decide on staying here I would recommend it!

Not a bad hotel. Comfortable room, good water pressure, nice bed, fridge, microwave, etc. I like how the bathroom sink is outside the toilet and shower. Spacious room with desk and loveseat area. I would suggest the TV could be bigger since the room is a good size. Breakfast selection is good with some hot food, pastries, 3 different cereals, and a waffle maker. But overall, great stay.

We stayed here twice on our trip to the coast. This was a good stop over spot with our three golden retrievers. There is a sensible pet fee, unlike the hotel next door that I had originally booked with and who then tried to charge me $200 extra for the dogs. Yes, I had called them and told them I had dogs. Different managers, different opinions that left me without a room for the night. Quality Inn was a life saver, giving us a ground floor room without hassel. The rooms are nice sized and very clean with firm beds and great water pressure in the shower. Ample space to walk the dogs and very friendly staff.

I loved staying at this hotel, loved, loved , loved. Comfy bed, super clean room, great amenities.
